JOHN TOMASHEK, MD

A practicing radiologist since 2002

Dr. Tomashek is a board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologist specializing in interventional radiology. He earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacology and toxicology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison before completing his medical degree in 1996 from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He then completed an internship in general surgery at Loyola University. Dr. Tomashek completed a radiology residency at Methodist Hospital of Indiana, where he also completed his fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology.
 
Dr. Tomashek is board certified with the American Board of Radiology and holds a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Tomashek is a member of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), the American Roentgen Ray Society, Wisconsin Radiological Society, the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR).
