JAMES BERES, MD
A practicing radiologist since 1986
Dr. Beres is a board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologist specializing in interventional radiology. He received a bachelor’s degree from Lawrence University before earning his medical degree in 1980 from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. Dr. Beres then completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in interventional radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
He is board certified with the American Board of Radiology and holds a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Beres is a member of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), the American Roentgen Ray Society, Wisconsin Radiological Society, the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR).
Dr. Beres interests in interventional radiology include procedures such as vein ablation, vertebral augmentation and venous access. He enjoys hiking and snowboarding.
